> We are discussing people who are bent of destroying the good work the KC has been doing because of something they watched on TV
Good grief - that's a bit of a weight on the shoulders of the GP don't you think? Do you suppose if they watch with the same interest and belief a documentary on Hiroshima they will somehow become responsible for wider ranging nuclear weapons

PP and the BBC would be loving this fallout I'm sure ..... perhaps you would fare better to read some of the letters and emails of support sent to the dog press and KC themselves, many from pet owning members of the public who were horrified that good breeders and best practice was being targetted so inappropriately. See, some of these TV watching couch potatoes can actually WRITE ;)
>and I think their time could be spent more constructively and they could look fr themselves into what really is going on out in the real world.
In the
real world there is poverty, drought, famine, disease, wars, dictatorships, earthquakes -
people living or sometimes basically only just surviving through hell on earth that we can only learn about through the media. Many of those who do learn of such things will put their hand in their pocket and help, will go out to makeshift camps and try to physically help those directly suffering or will work tirelessly here to raise funds, clothing, blankets, medical equipment etc and not one will spout of their "constructively spent time"

> I am sure the majority of people here are giving up their time as volunterrs helping give a better quality of life to dogs and their owners
Why would you be sure? I'm not :) Unless of course you want to count a few posts (OK, a lot LOL) on a dog forum sometimes covering behaviour, training or dietary issues

Doesn't make me a bad person!
> I'd kind of assumed that most people on here did this in some capacity not that I fantastic for doig this but that I was like you lot and also doing my bit . Even if we offer to help out a events or at the odd show and so on it's all a part of being involved and helping keeping things going
Neither you nor I have any idea what
most people on here do - why should we? Some may do amazing things to help the greater good behind closed doors others may have so many troubles, financial or health issues in their private life that quite honestly the world off dogs in any capacity is very low in their priorities.
While I admire your passion please do not turn it against those of us who are basically all on the same side!
