Can any one give me any suggestions on how to stop my dogs barking when in the jeep ?
At first it was barking when the saw other dogs now it seems to be people, cows ,sheep in fact anything.
They are quite well socialised dogs and I can let them all run on the beach off their leads and when they meet other dogs and people they dont bother at all.
It is really starting to annoy me as I feel people are looking at them in the jeep when they are making such a noise thinking what awfull dogs ,when really they are very good natured and its only when traveling they do this.

No. DAP (Dog Appeasement Pheromone) is a spray that releases pheromones similar to those of a lactating bitch that relaxes and calms dogs. It's available as a plug-in, a spray, a collar or (new) wipes.

Are they in a crate in the rear of the jeep?  If so I'd partially or (weather dependent) completely cover it so they can't see out and wont react to outside stimmuli.  Failing you having a crate/cage for transporting them I'd recommend you use something to fill in the rear side windows and possibly drape a cover of the guard as well so they have nothing more than the rear window - again if this doesn't have sufficient effect block out the rear window too (just remember to make greater use of your side mirrors!)

As suggested there are DAP products you can use - I'd go with spraying the back of the car and also their travel blanket/fleece to see if it helps.  If not it might be better to move onto the collars for them.

Have thought about blacking out windows but might try the DAP spray on beds in back of the jeep.
It needs to be sorted out as the noise they all make is awfull.
Will let you know how I get on
