This is the lowest entry my breed has ever had at Belfast :(

I think our entry beats everything. :( 3 dogs and with A CC ON OFFER.

one of my new babies is going to be in it. I am so chuffed, can't wait for the outcome.
The first column say numbers of dogs, then the second says number of entries?
It says 60 bitch entries ofr my breed, which terrifies me. I have onyl entered minor puppy, so are there likey to be many in my class? (I appreciate that is a 'how long is a piece of string' question, but it is our first show and I am TERRIFIED).

How many bitch classes for your breed Jackson? (Schedule will tell you.) Take the number and divide it by 60 and you will get a very rough idea of what it MIGHT be like. I.e. if there are 7 bitch classes, it works out at 8.5 entries per class. It's by no means correct as some classes will always have more entries than others, but it will give you something of an idea.
Thanks. there are 6 classes. I think I had kind of hoped that there might be less in minor puppy, might that be the case? Is it usually a busy class? I know bitches usually have more entries than dogs.
I am really so nervous I just feel like giving it all up before I have started! I don't expect to do well, as it is our first time, so I don't really know what I am worried about really?!
Many years ago I used to travel to shows with a girl who had a large Working Breed. Before we left her house she was always physically sick and used to stand at the ringside shivering. I once asked her why she bothered? She's still showing, does very well ( couple of champions and group placings). I saw her the other day and asked if she's still sick before every show. She says she's not - just feels sick. So it does get better, honestly :) :) ;)
Thanks for the replies. It is reasurring to know I am not the only one!

I was the same when it came to champs shows, my first one last year at Mid Counties I was in MPD they kept delaying judging because of the traffic and with each five minutes extra I felt sicker & sicker and eventually ran to the loo's and was sick! But as soon as I was in the ring it all melted away and I loved every minute of it :) and still do!
I still get nervous but no way near what I was like a year ago, it's also excitement and adrenaline and if I ever loose that feeling I wouldn't want to show again, it wouldn't be any fun!

Wow ...... 31 bitches (in total) in Cavaliers........ the last breed championship show I attended had 33 in MPB alone.

Champ. shows in Ireland are more like open shows, or at least the very few that I've been to have been.
