Can anyone help by telling me where I can download a blank show entry form template.  I had one once but can't remember where I got it (the downside of advancing years). It is so helpful if you have the date of the show and Venue etc but no actual form. The details can be filled in and then the entry made in the usual way.  Thanks.

Thank you so much for getting back to me.  Unfortunately the page for the entry form won't download on it's own and won't allow me to clear the areas I would need to put details of the show, venue, date and all the usual stuff.  I know there is one out there, at least, as I've had it before but for the life of me I can't find it.  Never mind.  Soldier on eh?

That's okay!  You could try the one Ice Queen has got - you can go into that one on Word and type in all the dog's details, saves you writing them out over and over for every show!
