One of my bitches keeps getting wet dermatitis and I really do not know why. We frontline our dogs, keep their bedding area clean & wash the bedding regularly and spray a household flea spray around the bedding area. We live in a rural area and most of the time the flare ups occur around the same time as harvesting but not always. Thankfully it is relatively easy to treat which I do myself as she will not let the vet near her, only for this specific problem, following a bad experience with a previous vet the first time she had it about 3 years ago. I would appreciate anyones advice on anything else I can do to prevent, this, what might be the cause etc.

My eldest bitch also suffers with this. I to keep the dogs bedding clean and the dogs free of fleas etc. I have come to the conclusion that when they play with each other she and they goad each other, you know play bite the back etc that this is where she is getting it from, i can come up with no other explanation. Always happens just before one of the rare champ shows she is entered in
