Hi

For anyone who has booked on Stenaline 05.20am  sailing Stranraer to Belfast for the Champ show in September the time of sailing is now 05.05am.  Appears to be if you gave a mobile telephone number in your contact details you should have recieved a text.

Below is what I found on the Stenaline site.

** Would passengers please note that as from 8/9/08 there will be slight alterations to our timetable - please contact us prior to departure to confirm your sailing time**

Regards
Joan

Thanks for that. I'm leaving in the afternoon on the Saturday as I'm showing on the Sunday, so I will double check.

I didn't realise you were coming to Belfast this year Marianne.

Stupid OH went and organised for us to go and stay with friends on the Saturday night so we'll have to drive back to Belfast on Sunday morning...go and pick the dogs up from kennels (which is, of course, miles in the wrong direction *rolleyes*) and then back to Belfast to see if we can make it to the show...and then get back home again in time for OH to make his evening flight to London so he doesn't miss his early connection to the USA...If all goes according to plan, maybe I'll see you there?? :-)

Actually, having read that back, the chances of me making it to the show are pretty remote :-( Men! *rolleyes*

I didn't realise it either LOL! We had decided we could not afford to go, but it's the last time there are malinois classes, and my friend/puppy buyer over there has just moved house and wanted us to come over and see the place etc, and then I earned a bit of money doing a website for a breeder so suddenly had the money for the ferry so entered at the very last moment. :) IF you do manage to come over, I'll be at the malinois ring first -shouldn't take long though, can't see there being many entries, and we may well be first in the ring. After that think I'll put the dogs in the car and go and watch the papillons -and ask myself WHY I forgot that I could have entered a Pap AS WELL, being on the same day! DUH!

If any of you are travelling on the A77 from Girvan to Stranraer leave a bit earlier for your journey as there are road works with traffic lights  they are making this road wider (not before time LOL) right down to Cairnryan.   I was down at Stranraer on Saturday and got stuck in the traffic.

Boy is that road a naughty one at times :-)  but I love the smell of the sea as  you drive along it.  That smell in particular seems unique to this area takes me right back to my childhood.....I am going on the 4am ish ferry this year from Cairnryan  just hope no delays.

LOL :-D  Well, they are so little that I suppose they can easily be overlooked :-D

Just had a thought...I may get OH to drop me at the show then he can  go and pick the dogs up from kennels and come back for me...so maybe I'll make it there mid-morning or so :-)  And I will definitely look for you around the Malionis ring is poss...I'd love to meet the dogs as well :-)
