Hi, my pups are 5 weeks old and i am feeding them on james well beloved soaked in water, when are they old enough to eat it without soaking it in water, and also when do i stop feeding mum puppy food?

Personally I would never feed any dog, regardless of age, on food that wasn't soaked. :) I feed my bitches on the puppy food until they have regained their weight and condition.

I start reducing the amount of mashing I do to the food at the same time gradually reducing the amount of fluid added until they are eating it dry by around 6 weeks.  I do not progress with this unless they have all got the hang of lapping water, which of course needs to be available all the time once you start reducing fluid in the food.  I never had any problems and they all seemed to thoroughly enjoy the crunchy stuff.

Ditto, though I do put a bit of cold water on the food just before serving up to the time they leave to keep it in the dish!  If given totally dry it gets scattered ;)

the bitch isnt being sick she is regurgatating her food for the pups to eat this is how wolves rear their pups, you should keep the bitch away from the pups for 30 mins to an hour after she has eaten

Yes, Ellie did that a few times, natural behaviour but disgusting. I did the same, kept her away for an hour or so after eating.
