Our dogs qualificied to the Crufts. We want to know how can we go to your country with car. There are some things which we need to make? We have a dog in USA. Can we take it to your country?

Please look around this site. Your Microchipped Rabies Vaccinated dog will have to have blood tests, and if the results show suffiecient immunity it may enter the UK after 6 months of this blood test. If you have not done this, then it is too late for the dog to be allowed to come to UK for Crufts.

Agree with what Brainless said, plus, at the moment, your dog from the USA cant enter the Uk without 6 months quarantine, (but this may change very soon, announcement expected sometime this month)

If your dog goes from USA to Crufts you either have a six month quarantine or 6 month wait in the US from titre testing (if implemented)

But you're talking about driving to Crufts -- from where? Hungary? That's another subject...
If your dog is going from the USA to Hungary and then to Crufts, you will definitely have to check with DEFRA to see what the status of Hungary is for either quarantine of pet passport program.
