My 8 month Large Munsterlander puppy is entering his first show in 3 weeks. Do yuo know of any classes we could attend in central or north London to do a crash course in preparation for this event? (We are NOWHERE near ready at present!)
Failing that, does anyone live near where we live (Hampstead Heath) that would be willing to give us some pointers?
Yours optimistically!

The KC list one ringcraft club in the year book:
Redbridge Ringcraft Association.
Mr.Lee.
Tel: 020 8360 2691.
If you give him a ring he might know of some more.
Which show have you entered ? Might see you there as I have to handle a LM for someone else at a few up and coming shows :-)

Hi Leigh
Sorry I forgot to answer your question about which show. We are going to the show near Worcester on 7 October.
Will you be there?
Thank you for the phone number. Will call tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
Can you suggest how I could train my puppy to stand? He sits beautifully but I can't get him into a standing position without him thinking I'm giving him the 'come' command in other words he stands but then walks towards me. (Now you see how much we have to learn in 2-3 weeks!)
Regards and thanks again, Kate

Thank you for the helpful replies and for the reassuring comments that imply I needn't get too anxious if he isn't impeccably behaved.
To add to my concerns, I've arrived home this evening to discover he's been chewing his tail today and left big 'steps' in the fringing as a result. Oh dear. He looks a right mess. Can I apply anything that tastes horrid, to prevent further scruffiness?!
Thank you again.
Kate
