I am currently feeding my four adults on AG chicken/rice and Mastiff pup on Large breed puppy.  I am pleased with results apart from huge amounts of poo! and wind particulary from mastiff (she is 4 months).  Also one of my greyhounds as now had two bouts of diarrohea. Dont know if this is food related. Pups poo's are also not always firm more like Mr Whippy! Have been looking at JWB Turkey and rice which thought might suit better? They do a large kibble puppy/junior, but this is higher protein than AG. Wondering if anyone has any experience in trying either of these foods.

I had my dogs on Arden Grange but it does contain rosemary and when my bitch had her 1st season she had a fit and rosemary can cause fits (its is also known in pregnant women apparently). So I did switch to JWB and never had any more problems. Dorwest Herbs do a variety of different things if your dogs are suffering with loose poos, tree bark is good and so are their digestive tablets.

I feed AG, but have to feed the lamb & rice one as the chicken gives one of mine loose stools and wind.

Lamb is usually a better bet than chicken for dogs with sensitive stomachs.

I have tried all AG range and my two are best on salmon and rice, one has a problem with a sensitive stomach, but as long as i keep to salmon she is fine.

I use AG and JWB, all flavours  but not tried AG salmon as this seemed a bit more expensive and I had to order it. (The only problems I have found so far with feeding my GR is that pedigree pouches give her mucousy diarrhoea and Burns seemed to make her sneeze so never bought a 2nd pack!)
I can see no difference at all in how much she enjoys either AG or JWB complete food or the effect it has on her.
I do however add either half a tin of sardines to each meal or a raw egg with shell or half a pouch of JWB wet food just to ring the changes (as well as 1 garlic clove, 1 cod liver oil capsule and sometimes a teaspoon of sunflower oil each morning)
She 's keeping slim, healthy and has a lovely coat.
IMO either complete food is good and it depends entirely on what suits your dog's digestion best

I buy Purina Pro-plan Salmon flavour for my hounds - I order my supplies online from Berriewood wholesale.

Used to feed Laughing Dog complete until April this year when Greyhound refused to eat it any more.

My two favourites.......I am on AG at the moment which along with home supplements of our food and turkey necks is keeping them looking gorgeous.
The JWB has been great just ringing the changes a bit now and generally I am prefering the AG, but still really like JWB.

We tried our two pups on AG, one did well on it but the other had very loose stools so now we use Eukanuba large breed puppy which suits them both. Our two adults are on JWB.
