Aaaaargh! Stupid me!!

I was attempting to change my Avatar, deleted it..then realised I'd forgotten how to do another :(
Im using photobucket (as Ive just got a new lap top and using web'n'walk..cant be bothered to go back to my PC which has all the photos)
which link do I use on photobucket there are 3 beside the photo (email,direct link and IMG)???

Anyone know?

If you copy the photo you want to use on photobucket, then edit your copy, you can resize to Avatar (that's how I did it).

You need to upload the image so just save a copy locally on your hard drive. In options click on avatar at the top of the page. Browse to your photo and click on upload. You don't need any links to photobucket.

but thats what I want!!! *pouts* it would be simpler!
so I have to copy from photobucket to my documents and then upload from there using 'browse'??? have I got that right?

I did it the way Lori described as I couldn't get it to work with Photobucket at all.

You'll just have to pick your teddy back up and do some downloading! It doesn't have to be my documents, it can be anywhere on your drive. It just has to be local and it has to be small. Mine is 50 X 50 pixels and I'm sure that wasn't by choice! If you need some resizing just email the photo to me and I'll photoshop it for you. :)
