>I don't know for certain but would assume that fly eggs and maggots wouldn't survive freezing in which case the eggs/maggots would have arrived during the thawing process and probably weren't present when you bought the meat. If you buy your dog meat fresh then that is a different scenario altogether and would explain how it could have arrived with maggots already in it.
I have a feeling this is the same rather well known supplier of raw food for dogs that several of us had problems with last year
