I have a girl of 15mths she goes mental when out of my sight, she has poo'd on the kiddies beds and barks when outside, or I go shopping, she has got used to sleeping in a cage now as I have a litter of pups with my other girl, they used to sleep in my bedroom but I can't trust her, will she improve after a litter of her own as she love a 3 mont puppy I kept from a previous litter. the only time she is good is when having food, she isnt very fat either. Bitches having a litter is not the answer to every problem, the way I see it is this one at 15months old still a very puppyish in my opinion, you say you kept a pup from the last litter which is now 3months and now your other bitch has a litter as well so presumably you have at least four dogs I feel this problem one is because she is attention seeking hence pooing on the bed etc.. or distressed. Some dogs need to be more that just one in a pack they need some special attention I feel that they miss out by being one of many.
Perhaps you should consider how many dogs you have and wether you have the time to give them some one to one attention, if not try to make time especially for this little one as she seems to need it.
And no the answer is not to let her have a litter she is far too young for a start.
In my Most Humble opinion.
