Where I walk my dogs I came across a healthy looking mole, apart from it being dead that is. today I came across another at the start of my walk so I just put the dogs into the car and went to another walk.  Anyone any ideas re the legality of bait for moles?  I am in Scotland.

Well I have to order pest control for them where I work, and I know they use gas under the ground to kill them, wouldn't think the moles you saw had been gassed though?

no they hadnt been gassed.
