Would 6 months be too young?
I cant really remember now what we did before.
Thanks
Karen :)

What breed?

In my breed most of us continue to feed the puppy biscuits throughout adult life. I always thought is was a year old?

Put my own pups onto junior at about 4 months and then adult at about 18, so think it depends on the breed, mine mature at about 2 years yours may well be fully mature at 9 months. If that is the case I would move to junior now and adult in about another 4 months. You could ask your dogs breeder.

Really does depend on why you are thinking about swapping to adult??
Is it because the pup is gaining to quickly? If so try to reduce first as they really need to stay on until 12 months but 9 months for a small breed would be OK.
If it is another reason then maybe switch brands but stay on puppy.

Thanks all,
The puppy keeps being more interested in adult version (and vice versa).
I was thinking they could probably eat the same now as they are also supplemented with our food too,
Karen :)

I switched my boston terriers at 6 months and they are all fine :)
I have put all of mine on to adult food at around 6 months of age (some slightly earlier) :)
