I'm just wondering if most of the breeders on here give their bitch the CHV at the time of mating?  Does anyone not give this vaccination?

Have never used it. Did enquire but it's availability seems very patchy and I really see no reason to use it never having had fading pups only the odd stillborn or weak pup that failed to thrive.

I was just wondering if it was common practise or not.  Would seem not then.  Also down to individual breeds I would imagine too.

Apart from the period when it was not available from the manufacuters we now always use it.
