Had a talk to the girl in PAH and she tells me this is a good quality food ... was looking at the contents of all foods and she pointed this food out ...what are your opionion's ... thanks ...

It is very similar to JWB in ingreedients but you have to feed more of it!  Personally the own brand is better (IMO) but then again it depends what suits what dogs.

Now of course any PAH staff will try and sell you own brand or wainwrights (practically own brand) as they add more money into the stores bonus pot! :D

She did actually tell me they are both made from the same supplier , PAH and wainwrights .... i had actually pulled every dog food bag from the self and was swaying towards the beta ... as i had a dog do well on it a long time ago....but to be honest when i said about the contents of all the foods were not to far apart in %  wise  just in price ... i got told were some say chicken or what ever ... some actually do not contain the meat variety as said on bag ... it could be anything from beef to pork ... and the % of any meat would be mixed meat .... is this true ...

Yes this is.  If you read the ingredients list you will find that it will either specify which meat it has in it, if it says chicken, it has chicken, if it says salmon it means salmon, if it has fish meal it can have any sort of fish, if it says animal derevatives it has any animal non human edible parts in it and maybe a litte bit of meat from some animal.  Think of chocolate flavored things for humans, won't touch any chocolate but tastes slightly similar, sometimes!!!

Now some dogs do well on Wagg (the cheepest of the cheep!!!!!!!) but that doesn't always say it does them any good on the inside.

Fresh meat is the best you can get, meat meal is nutrtionally balanced so is perfectly fine and almost as good as fresh meat.

PAH is manufactured at the same place as AG, JWB and organipet as I have heard. :)  Wainwrights was brough out as direct competition to JWB.

Price is a big factor and I worked out one for something with a staffy type dog is was similar price to feed adult beta as it was PAH adult due to the amount you have to feed. :)

I'd be aware of the 'false ecomony' factor here.If you bear in mind what Ice Q has said (feeding more) and the eating habits particular to our breed... the two dont work out.
