Depends on his breeding Sarah, they can all be so different at 10 weeks old. Have you telephoned the KC regarding the registration documents?

That does not make any sense.   You don't send the registration application off as each puppy is sold, breeders generally send off the registrations for the whole litter in good time for giving the papers with the puppy when they are sold at 8 weeks or whatever.    Have you got a copy of the pedigree and anything in writing to say the registration documents will follow?

No it's wasn't your typing :-)  there is no sense to this story that she has to wait until all the puppies are sold before apply for their registration.  You usually do this as soon as you are sure they are all thriving and in good time for their leaving to their new homes.  Have you any evidence that she advertised them as Kennel Club registered in which case tell her you want the registration application sent to the Kennel Club immediately or you will speak to the Trading Standards Office as she must comply with her promises but if you have nothing you are on a sticky wicket.

If she still has pups to sell as you say then I'd ask a friend to enquire independently about a pup. When they visit get them to ask to see the dam/sire kc pedigree's etc and any other questions you might have. See what happens then.
