I thought the 400 M A A A T was the hardest. The knock 3 times one I did by a process of elimination - not many words beginning with K could go before the number 3, could only think of kick and knock, and then got the gist of it as I am old enough to remember the song and the artist, whose initials are not so common, and then just fiddled around with the F to get the whole thing :)
