Hi guys

I have finally come to terms with my brothers suicide however im looking through his notes now and says his paracetamol levels were 0.18mmols/L and serum alcohol level was 230mgs.dL   Does anyone know what this parecetimol level means would it consist of one tablet or several?  I would wait till monday to ask a GP but im feeling breave at min and thought i would ask to see if any of you peeps could help in any way? x

Hello.....the theraputic range for paracetamol in the blood is  66 to 132 so i think you can safely summise that although paracetamol had been taken it was showing as well below range and could possibly not have even been taken that day
