Don't think there is any such thing, you could always pick the smallist of a litter of course, but there is always a chance that it may catch up later. Even large Yorkies are pretty small so would have thought most people would be able to fit one in, but if you must have something even smaller how about a Chihuahua, they come sooth or long coated. Ja:)kie
