can anyone advise how much tripe to feed a 21 month rottie??
i want to feed in addition to his normal complete diet in an attempt to get some weight on him - hes proving to be a late developer + is still very much a very skinny gangly teenager
i have some lovely, extra smelly green tripe

i too have a 22 months old gangly rottie, he is very lean and i have him on raw along with his complete diet, he has been having the tripe now for nearly 3 months, he has 3lb of tripe split into 3 meals along with his complete, he has gained a little but i think he is just going to mature when he is good and ready.

My dog is in this stage as well, though since moving onto fresh meat with his complete he was gained some good weight on him. I am in the process of moving onto the BARF diet and so far he eats everything i give him and clears the plate, unlike the complete food he just picked at and left way too much in his plate, it got worrying in the end i had to take action and try something different.
