Saw him the first time round, well a blip on the stage, he came on did one song and then went off, he split his pants. :-D He probably won't be jumping around as much this time.

I saw George 1st time round, with WHAM ( must have been 22 years ago) but feels like yesterday!!

Dont you just hate it when you are singing along with a classic (maybe going undergound by The Jam or simulaer ) and when the record finishes the DJ tells you the record is 20odd years old!!!!!!!!

OH and i used to laugh at the sad gits standing at the back of gigs ( as we called them then ) but we went to see Whitesnake a couple of years ago and guess what we stood?
so i have turned into an old git!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well thanks newf3 , now i feel REALLY old . I also went to see Wham! around that time but when i actually read how long ago it was , it makes me feel very old !
I also went to see Aha a year or so later . Then i saw INXS around 1992 .

I was an invited guest in the audience (there was a close-up on telly!) for the Steve Wright TV show many moons ago, when Take That were an up-and-coming band and did the musical spot. OH & the Boy saw them in the Green Room while the show was being recorded and didn't bother to get their autographs .........

My parents have seats and quite good ones I was told!  They only got two as if they were buying 4 tickets it would have been rubbish seats...Now just got to find a reason for Dad not to go and I can go with mum!!!!

Excellent!! So glad I went, and when he was a real star long before hs downward spiral!!! Its such a shame what he has done to himself. Kim Wildes( supporting act) one and only fan stood so close to me he was elbowing me in the chops each time he clapped to the beat :(
