Well I took my dogs out for a run today and had to be rescued by my little bro how humiliating.  We went to the cricket field but they were all playing cricket  so I walked to the footy field where the cheeky sods were playing Football can you believe it!  So i took my dogs to the back of beyond a nice country path were being an idiot I fell and twisted my ankle which is now swollen and throbbing putting pay to my driving lesson tomorrow.  I was trying to  relax with my feet up when we got a knock at the door some poor lady said she had Just hit our cat with her car.  We all rushed out calling him and he turned up with a mucky nose looking rather fearful at the outside world.  I was really impressed at the lady stopping to tell us it was so nice of her I would have been scared stiff telling someone that.  I only wish I had had the chance to thank her myself but I was hobbling at the back of the que.  So we are all relatively safe althought slightly sore you gotta laugh haven't you!  Or is that hysteria?

aww sorry to hear about you and your cat, but you know what they say sh...t happens :)

Poor you & poor cat, I hope you're both feeling better soon.
What a bad day - inconsiderate sports people using thier pitches ;) then you go & damage your ankle and to top it off the poor cat is in a RTA :(
That is really nice the lady stopping to tell you she'd hit your cat (not nice news, but nice she had the decency to tell you). My last cat, poor thing, got run over 15 ft from my front door, she died on the road in agony, the person that drove over her never stopped :(

Thanks for the sympathy guys I have been the hospital and have a bad sprain and crutches but thankfully my cat seems perfect but doesn't want to go out now so that is a win win situation.
