Topic Dog Boards / Health / sore back or something else?

We took our boxers for a good run yesterday morning and all of them seemed fine when we got them home. We then left them for aprox 4 hours. When we cam e back one of the girls (4 year old Noe) seemed very quiet.I half pulled her up into my lap for a cuddle and she was a little "shaky". I thought she was a little "off" and down so about half an our later pulled her up on the couch with me for a cuddle but when I put my arm under her tummy to lift her up she yelped. I got Jamie my husband to gently lift her down again and we checked her over in case she had pulled anything.
I couldn't really tell if she has pulled anything - she is not lame but she found it uncunfortable to lift her back leg up - but again isnt limping at all. She was very uncomfortable last night and oviously in pain (and she doesn't really have a weak pain threshold). Getting up seems to pain her as if she has a sore back but when I press it she shows no ovious pain.

I have just noticed though that after I let her out for a wee, she came back in and seems to be dribbling a bit (wee wise). Little drop accumulates then falls to the floor, then a little drop etc

I initially thought she had slipped or banged her back somehow and it was painful but how could the dribbling be connected?

Any ideas?

Would suspect stomach pain rather than back but a vet should look at her.

Don't jump the gun, it may be a bladder infection.
