I haven't heard of the make - have you tried googling the company?  Sometimes you can get manuals from the website.

Sorry came late to this - Have just bought an a new Elevation breadmaker for a couple of quid from a car boot !! It's model no is 376D0180 and it works a treat. Thus I have the manual AND cookbook - translated from the Chinese in mind blowing fashion. (The manual states that it was made and imported specially for Woolworths - so many people were right) If I can help with either a pdf or hard photocopy of the manual posted on don't hesitate to e-mail me at my website.
