Try contacting David Hutchison Waverton flatcoats who are in Kent or Rona Dixon who is in Southampton she definately runs an eye testing in June. rondix@btinternet.com  David and Benda are members here but you might need to check out their page for contact details. Rona is also a member.

I am also holding an eye testing in June on the 24th in Haddenham Aylesbury Bucks.

Polly, can you add Eye Test Clinic dates to Champdogs Diary please. Maybe you could put the word out and let those whom run such clinics know of the diary facility? :)  Those whom are not already members would need basic membership (free) to be able to add entries, but I can not see that being a problem.
