hi was looking for some advice my girl is showing sighns of labour but she asnt got milk yet is this noraml or should she be full up wth milk b4 giving birth  thanx

Milk often doesn't come in until whelping has finished (with humans it can take two or three days after birth). There will be a little colostrum, which is all that's needed to start with.
