What little I've heard was that he put his wife on ebay because he thought she was having an affair - and the picture he used was her picking her nose!

That's anecdotal from the radio last week though, haven't read anything about it.

Hi, sorry I didn't elaborate before, yes he did put her on ebay, with a not so flattering photograph, in the advert it stated what a cheating lying whore she was, and that he didn't want any money for her as she was worth sod all, but she can be picked up and then gave out the address that she was living at, her email address both at work and home, her land-line and mobile telephone number, he also printed out the other man that she was supposedly having an affair with, I think his telephone number as well and stated that he was still living at home with his wife and printed her name as well.  I have never used ebay but there must a Questions and Answers part to it, because there was loads of not so flattering questions, quite rude and crude, which stated at the end that he had got a 97% positive feedback response, which I might add were all from male enquiries.  But I have since heard that he has been arrested or at least taken in for questioning, regarding the advert as it is an offence.  But not heard anything since.

He has been released by police. Let off with a caution for harassment

I had this emailed to me and thought that the publics questions were worse than the advert.

Can't blame him though.

It was sent to me, and yes I thought it was hilarious!!!! Especially the question and answers (which were VERY crude in places!!!!)
One way to get back at your wife for cheating as I think most of the world has seen it!!!!!
I did think that he was on a sticky wicket putting it on there!!! ESPECIALLY when it is against the rules to sell livestock ;) ;) ;) te he he he he

On the other hand it may well give insight to the type of personality he has that drove her to cheat in the first place. Cheating is not something I condone one bit but sometimes it is understandable.

I didn't see the advert but from what i've heard if she did cheat then I don't blame her!

Why not leave and divorce rather than cheat? If you don't love or respect your partner (and let's face it, if you love and respect someone you don't cheat in the first place) why stay with them?
- By Angels2 Date 20.05.08 19:21 UTC
Jeangenie - you are completely right, having in the past been cheated on (not by my husband) its not nice at all, I take back my comment although he still sounds like a horrible man ;-)

JG, I agree but we don't know all the details.  My own opinion is the same as yours in that if the relationship is so bad that you contemplate cheating then the relationship should be ended first.  However, we don't know the details and so I reserve judgement on her until all the facts are known.

I don't agree with cheating either- if your hubby makes you that miserable then have the descency to divorce/leave/brake up with him/her...

I believe on the news awhile back a lady was doing the naughty in a vehicle, she seen her husband coming and yelled rape- well her husband shot the man. Just to find out later that she was not being raped she was actually cheating and I believe he got off and she is getting charged for his death- I personally think that is good because really all he was doing was protecting his wife :(

copy and pasted:
Cry of Rape Lands Cheating Wife in Jail
FORT WORTH, Texas (May 3) - A Texas woman who caused her lover's shooting death by falsely crying rape was convicted Friday of involuntary manslaughter.

Tracy Denise Roberson, 37, cried a bit when the verdict was announced. The punishment phase was set for Monday, and she faces two to 20 years in prison.

In late 2006, Darrell Roberson came home from a late-night card game to find his scantily clad wife with another man in a pickup truck in the driveway. Tracy Roberson was with her lover but cried rape, and her husband fired four shots into the truck as Devin LaSalle drove off, killing him.

Darrell Roberson initially was arrested, but a murder charge was later dropped and a grand jury indicted Tracy Roberson instead.

During her three-day trial, defense attorneys called no witnesses but blamed LaSalle's death on Darrell Roberson's jealousy and rage.

But prosecutors placed all the blame on Tracy Roberson, showing evidence of the affair with LaSalle, 32, and a text message in which she invited him to her house that evening.
