My cav has secretly been wee on the carpet i noticed it this morning its gone all light yellow :(

How do i remove the stain? I dont use amonnia products ive read its wee like. So i know this much.

Any suggestions other than vingegar as this just gets rid of the smell.

Anyone got one of those books that tells you to put milk and jam (for example) and other weird combinations of things for stain removal???:-)

Wish i had one then i could help you out

Make sure you soak up as much as possible with kitchen roll. Stand for a while on top of the paper (obviously over the wee!) you'll be surprised how much you can soak up. If your carpet is hessian backed with underlay pull the carpet up and do the same with the underlay. If you've caught it in time where it's still wet, warm water and a tiny bit of washing up liquid should do the trick. If it's dry you'll probably need a stain remover. Leave the carpet back to dry thoroughly before putting it back down.

Have just thought, i used 1001 anmal stain remover when my pup weed on the carpet. It takes out the stain and the smell so the dog doesnt want to re mark its territory.
Worth a go i reckon

I just use normal bio laundry detergent to get out those accidents. I little wipe with some white spirit after its dry will help get rid of lingering odors as well.
