She'd fit into my house quite well :D With a hubby who wakes up for work at 04:30, it's considered a weekend sleep-in to wake at 6am

:D :D :D :D
She's associating her morning 'wees' with eating, so it's time to break that habit  :( So start splitting them further apart from one another. It will take some time and patience though. ;)
First figure out if it's her tummy or her bladder waking her up. If she's more interested in going outside first, it's probably her bladder. Not much you can do about that except to perhaps let her out later at night, or restrict water in the last 45 minutes before bed.
It sounds as if her tummy clock is going off as soon as she comes in the door, so start reducing her food that she 'insists' on eating. If she looks at you for more, just say 'Come on- back to bed' and leave.
Put off the larger amount until later on in the day. Soon you could just give her a biscuit and head her back to bed. Or you could possibly give her a few bites at night. Either way, its something in her tummy :)
hth and you get some sleep soon :)
