He is not happy he waits for his owner so much, he just lays there all day its sad, he has no socialisation skills, and he gets only a 15 min play time with owner a day if that.... Lucky my cousin plays with him weekends else this dog would go mad..... I have seen the state of the poor dog he has to stay out in the cold, wind rain , its awful.......... its not nice....
