Hi.

I now live in London and im having so much trouble trying to find somewhere that I can get Raw bones (knuckle, marrow, trotters etc) from. Ive tried Googleing them, but honestly, so much trouble finding someone. I did find a great one, berriewoods, but they dont deliver to my area West London. Ive tried all the local butchers, but they all buy their meat in already boned to save money :(

If anyone knows where I could get these from, I would be forever grateful.

Thanks very much

Ben

Forgot to say, I have used Landywoods a couple of times, and dont want to use them again. Didnt get everything I ordered, and some of it was off already. Plus one time they delivered on the wrong day I asked for when I was out :(

Any others would be greatfuly rcd.

Thanks

Not got my brochure to hand so can't remember if Anglian meats do them? They are worth trying as their customer service is second to none and their stuff has always been good.

Thanks for your reply.

They dont do raw bones, just dried pigs ears and the likes. Which is fine, just not what im looking for.

Dya know, if someone was to open a online nationwide delivery service for these kind of foods, who were reliable and offered decent foods edible for human consumption, then im sure they would be very busy indeed

So, anyone with a bit of spare cash, and the time, ill take %20 for the idea ;)

Seriously tho, if anyone knows of any others that deliver, or are relativley easy to get to, please please please let me know.

Cheers

B

Haven't used them myself but friend in London uses:  www.sheepdroveshop.com.   Look under the organic doggy bags!  :-)  Also, she goes to the caribbean quarter in london (???? can find out where if you want) as they eat a lot of goat apparently and the shops tend to do their own butchering.

Good luck

Hi Gunner,

I went to a local Jamiacan shop, and they have fresh meat counters in the back. I found Pigs trotters, knuckle bones, marrow bones the works. Thanks for the advice :D:D:D

Hi tadog,

I have tried butchers, as per origional post ;) they get all their meat bones before they get it to save money on extra staff :)
