My friend said on the 1st day of Crufts she was watching the news before leaving the hotel and said that a Setter had ran away the night before or morning off the 1st day and that the owners were staying around the NEC area, eg in the hilton or some where.
Does anyone know if its true?

I hope they found their dog safe & well if it is true.

first I've heard of it - I was showing on the 2nd day and no-one said anything about it.

It was a Red and White.  It escaped but was found safe and well several hours later I think :)
