Michelle, that is brilliiant!  Congratulations!!  I am still in the same old rut, cannot get myself motivated at all.  I think I'll have to go back to Weight Watchers as I can never seem to do it on my own.  How childish is that?  I know what to do but can't do it!!

well done Michelle, im really jealous, I wanted to lose a stone before crufts but went off to a bad start being quite ill for a couple of weeks.  Ive now lost a total of 5.5lbs, it is coming off steadily now and im happy about that :)

Well done to you!
I am doing WW and have lost 8lb so far with a weigh in tomorrow.
I do feel the disipline of going along every week helps keep the motivation going.

Karen :)

Started LighterLife diet on 31st Jan and I have just passed the 2 stone mark!

7 inches gone off my belly in 4 weeks (had to fight the urge to celebrate!!! LoL :)

Hasn't been easy and still have 1.5 stone to lose to reach my target but I feel GREAT!

Good Luck to all fellow dieters...

Thanks all!!!! it will prob relax abit over crufts when i will be knackered (need choclate) & busy, but that SHOULD give me a kick start for after!

I bought a pair of size 16 jeans (black) for the team event in November, they are huge now, so have got the same pair in a 14!!!! yipee!

Still got alittle way to go till im happy with the weight, but we are getting there!

My friend has lost six stone on this (since last may)

My friend has lost SIX STONE on this since last may!!!!!!

I take my hat off to your friend...the diet is easy to follow but mentally I have found it tough @cos I just want to EAT something. Others in my group have had fantastic results but to carry on for so many months is truly inspiring!

Hopefully I will have reached my goal in three more weeks and then the real challenge begins - keeping the weight off!!!!

I started the Cambridge diet on the 31st jan and have lost 26.75lbs so nearly 2 stone.  I too have around 1.5 stone left to reach goal.  The diet is quite difficult but once your mind is in the right place it doesn't seem so bad :)

Well done everyone. I am doing slimming world (again!) I have lost 2 1/2 pound this week making it 8lbs in total in 3 weeks so I am very pleased. I am off to crufts on sunday. If you are dieting and going to crufts, how do you plan to manage your diet? I know life goes on but I have done well and I dont want to do too much damamge on Sunday so I wondered what others plan to do. Anyway keep up the good work everyone.

Well I have managed to loose 8 pounds in the last 3 weeks since I really got motivated to get going.  altogether lost about 17 pounds since the new year.

Now 15st 7lb.  Back to the start weight when I joined WW on 1/3/04.

Had got down to 10st by Nov 04, but didn't manage to keep the weight off and regained it and a Stone on top.

Lets hope I have better luck keeping it off this time.  As Christmas was the heaviest I have ever been.
