OK well the move is almost over.  Just got some last minute things to do at the other place, and I can settle into this new one.  I may add, the neighbours here are really nice, and never really hear a peep out of them through the walls.  No loud music, not drugs, no nothing!!!  Mind you, its been a week only, but they are really nice, and even offered to help us move some of our things from the old place to this new one.

Ok let me set the scene.  My room, it has my bed coming from the wall, to the middle of the room.  At the end of my bed, is the dresser.  My comforter (which is mostly for looks) hangs off my bed, with the edges on the floor.  Its really long!

Anyways, my foot got tangled in the comforter when I was putting things away, and I fell.  I smashed my face into the side of the dresser.  Now, I got a couple of cuts on the side of my face, but thats ok.  What makes me mad, is now my face is black and blue with bruises.  My neck and eye really hurt too.

This move has had more ups and downs, then a rollercoaster ride.  I am hoping the bruises go away quickly, so if anyone has any suggestions to make them go away like yesterday then I am all ears.

It is kinda funny, I mean, how dumb can I be?  lol.  But it hurts to much to move my face muscles to laugh about it.

Oh poor you. Quite a welcoming present, isn't it?

Good luck with your new home, once you are in properly. I've moved so many times that I forget exactly now, but I think it's 17....... there is always something that goes wrong. Usually, though, I just lose something like the kettle!

For brusies get hold of some arnica tablets straight away, take these every couple hours for first 12 hours then just 2-3 times aday.  It heps bring the brusing out quicker and therefore heal quicker.  Have used it both on myself and the dogs.  Currently also have the cream from brusies that have appeard on my legs, not sure where from, not sure if it's as effective though.

Arnica is an alterntive medicine, found in most health shops although not sure where you would find it where you are.

Will try to find them, I gotta stop off at the store anyways, since we let our groceries get down to almost nothing (to lazy to move them) so all I got is chicken soup basically right now. lol

Wich hazel is also a good one for bringing out bruises. Put on cotton wool then dab on sore area. Will bring out bruise quickly. dont put on broken skin though.
