I have a very good friend here who works relentlessley against all odds to help the Galgos/greyhounds here in Spain.  Her goal is to get a celebrity involved and get the problem we have here in Spain recognised worldwide. 

If there is anyone out there that is in the know and can put someone who can help on to her.

We have a real ugly problem in Spain with the hunting dogs and charlotte has managed to get Peta to do a petition and I have managed to get her a newspaper slot every 2 weeks, she has also had a fund raising day last year and plods on, but it's a famous person she really wants to genuinely help.

You will need to send your information to celeb  PR/Agents some of course have multiple clients.

Actress Annette Crosbie and author Jilly Cooper are both already involved in racing greyhound rescue in the UK, ( http://www.greyhoundsinneed.co.uk ), so might be good places to start - either themselves or they might know of others who would like to become involved.
