Isn't it awful! I feel so bad about it I think I might cry. Those stupid terrorists, thousands of lives have been lost because of them, yet the UK support them!
It must be the most tragic thing I have ever heard apart from Dunblane primary school shooting and Sarah Payne.
Sorry, just needed to tell someone my view on the matter!

I agree, this is worse than Lockerbie, a possible 5o ooo people, thats the population of a good size town!!!! It is like the plot of some James bond Movie, without the happy ending! How can anyone live with themselves once they have been party to such a crime against humanity and descency. I really don't think Religion can be blamed, many acts of atrocity are commited using aFaith as an excuse, Catholics, Protestants Muslims. No religion advocates this behaviour, so no-one who commits such horror cvan be dignified with the title of their religious faith!

I still can't believe it. If it can happen in America the whole world isn't safe.

As usual will we ever find out the true reason why this happened?

My thoughts go out to everyone who lives and knows people in America.

We sadly can't do anything for those people in the US except keep them in our thoughts, but, has anyone thought that we could have problems here in which case the blood banks will need topping up?

As a "just in case, and to feel we are doing something" how about those of us that can giving blood asap?

My Heart goes out to all the people who have lost someone in this tragedy. Sincere condolences to our American friends who visit and use this board. I have dear friends who are in the New York Area and fortunately are OK. The horror of the events of the last 24 hours will not be realised for days to come when the final death toll emerges. The poor familes of the people on the planes who had last minute phone calls from their loved ones. No one can imagine what that must be like. I send love and prayers to all involved.
