Anyone tried this?
A premium food from a not so premium company??

All I can say is it is awful as far as my dogs are concerned. Tried my n whelp bitch on ti and she got terrible loose motions and had to use up the food gradually by mixing it with mostly my preferred brand. The puppy version had same effect on the pups.
The Advance product which they sold off was pretty good, but the current dry ranges are not. the only thing of theirs mien don't have trouble with is the pouches in small amounts.
Mine generally have cast iron guts and eat most things.

I won some a while back at a show so thought rather than waste it I would try them with some. I wish I hadn't bothered as it gave one mega squits and well the other one just turned her nose up at it which is unusual for her. Both of mine have good constitutions and not much upsets them but this certainly did upset my males stomach.

Must admit I still have loads of unclaimed vouchers from pedigree from stakes wins.

Could you send them to a local independant rescue????
Lea :)

Don't think they would be any use as you have to use them at the stands at shows.
I have used the professional range with great results on my last 3 litters. Would not touch the normal pedigree advance range though. The PP puppy porridge is brilliant also. Haven't had squits, runny tums or anything with pp. Have had some awful experiences in the past with other 'premium' puppy foods which I never wish to repeat again.
You can also get the prof at the breeder collection points around the country.

Advance is not a Pedigree brand anymore (the Proffesional was brought out to replace it when they had to sell it off), did you mean their general sale Pedigree range.
Yes, doh I meant I wouldn't use the general run of the mill pedigree stuff
Awful Stuff , gave all my dogs terrible squits never again ever !!!
Peanuts

Seems to be a recurring theme. Awful yellow squits, which suggests to me it is full of corn?
wel, perhaps its just me, but the professional suits my dogs beautifully, no upset tums at all, fabulous condition and coat!! just gave Royal Canin a try and was most unimpressed with it, both my males lost weight on it and their condition not as good, I put my 7 month old on the junior and he was never full, despite having much more than it said on the sack, so after a 6 week trial they are all back on Professional and looking super.

my guess is that it must depend on the dog as my youngest is on Royal Canin and the results are so good that i am thinking of changing my other boy on to it.
Although i do tend to feed him a lot less then it says on the bag as being overwight is not good for a newf.
thanks for the replies, just saw it online and wondered what everyone thought!!
cheers!!
looked everywhere and couldn't find the ingredients either- got the nutritional breakdown, which didn't seem too bad, just not able to cast my eyes over wheter it is full of corn or anything else
thanks for the replies everyone
