YOU MAD WOMAN!!!  I used to be a werewolf but I'm alright nooooooowwwww!
- By Carrington Date 31.01.08 21:56 UTC
:-D :-D I'm all for it!  Though I expect they would do better at Scrufts, you know how biased some judges can be. I hear they are extremely good at agility tooooooooo.  :-)

what a bizarre web site :(
- By hebeboots [gb] Date 31.01.08 21:56 UTC
Brilliant!!! Anyone know of any breeders? Fancy a crack at the breed myself.... lol :-D :-D
- By ShaynLola Date 31.01.08 21:58 UTC
Wouldn't they have to make sure that the classes conincided with a full moon?
- By Brainless [gb] Date 31.01.08 22:00 UTC
In Pedigree rabbits they have Pet classes where the Rabbit is judge on it's condition and, and I think in cats they have classes for mogs????

Certainly in the Rabbits it is how many people start and get the bug, show the pet and then get interested in a breed and take it up.  Though I do think there is already plenty of scope at Companion shows for this most basic level.

Well I was trying to keep it a secret but I do actually breed this new warewolf! :D
I must warn you though, if you are interested in having one they are hard work! it is really like having another husband in the house really, unruly, unable to respond to simple commands, good at house training but never puts the seat down on the toilet afterwards. etc
WEIRD WEIRD WEIRD!!!

Indeed, in fact I am a Household Pet judge -that is non-pedigree aka moggy cats. There are also pet classes at hamster shows, guinea pig shows and rat shows. With the small animals it tends to be manly children that enter, but in cats, some people have turned showing non peds into as serious a hobby as showing pedigrees. In some ways it's harder, because temperament is everything, and you can't train a cat to purr on command LOL. You can also qualify the non peds for the Supreme cat show which is the equivalent of Crufts. They have their own BIS final there.

BTW, is it just me, but does anyone else think Laekenois look like Werewolves LOL!! :)
- By ice_queen Date 31.01.08 22:32 UTC
And just to shows journilist always get something wrong.....They claim it will go into the Utility group but the picture shows it along side a rottie - the working group!!!!!! (Unless it's BIS but there's no board or anything!

Was a very nice read though.  Can't wait to see the new breed there ;)

 I need new specs! I thought it was alongside a lab! :-o But now I see that it's too big to be a lab.

i turn into a werewolf. but, only once a month ;-) so my OH says
can i enter :-) and i'll eat all the people you want :-O
Donna :-)
- By Crespin Date 02.02.08 21:36 UTC
Yes, that would be very nice.  I would pay you, pay to ship it, pay your mortgage if it would get rid of my neighbour from Hell.  And the werewolf would have a full tummy to, and bring the rest home in a "doggy bag"

lmao

"Ben Fogle, a long standing supporter of the controversial Werewolf breed declared himself delighted with the decision;"

Funny thing is i can actually see him doing this sort of thing!

i need to start watching what type of warewolf i actually turn into.... lol

Whatever next - Hempsters may be?

sorry couldn't resist
- By Twirly [gb] Date 07.02.08 11:55 UTC
It's a stupid idea.

Does anyone remember when they tried in in Germany a couple of years ago? They got through about 16 judges before they called a halt to the whole thing.
- By Merlot [gb] Date 07.02.08 11:56 UTC
I would like to nominate a few Judges I can think off!
Oh how norty!!! :-)
- By Twirly [gb] Date 07.02.08 11:57 UTC
