I asked for some help in getting the name of a book I had seen reviewed in Sunday's mail and have just been given the details from a work colleague who got her sister to get the paper out of the dustbin for me !! Thought I would let everybody know what is was I think it will be a really good read.

I have just received two copies of the book in the post by mistake so do you fancy reading the spare copy?
