Nupro and/or Nature Diet's Naturezyme?

Ideally which is the better and more tasty (picky eater syndrome - so only myself to blame  )

Thanks in advance, Teri :)

Edited to add please feel free to suggest similar products BUT I'm fussy about anything not on the right side of, erm, "natural" ingredients :D

Hi Teri

I use SA-37 powder.  Not sure about the "naturalness" of it though!!!  Its manufactured by Intervet UK Ltd.

Hello - how's you :)

Thanks for that - a few little questionables in there for me though (I have used it in the past, it's just not suited ideally to this particularly fussy furball  )

Hi ,used the naturezyme for a while(it was a sample) but dog was a total shovel-guts so not really an indication of palatability.

Hi Chris,

thanks for that :)  Could you tell me if you thought the product improved condition / had any noticeable positive results or was the sample amount insufficient to show a difference?

Thanks, Teri

My picky eater had nupro but to be honest I didnt notice much difference.  I changed him onto BARF diet in the end and he put on weight lovely (still sometimes needs a bit of encouragement to eat though  )

Thanks for the info ClaireyS :)

This menace is raw fed and has thrived on it but been a little too spoiled of late so I'm now having problems feeding anything but cooked meat  hence the reason I'm looking for a good all round supplement that is highly pallatable and can be mixed into what few meals I can persuade her to take.

At the moment her dam is temporarily with a friend and so she's a bit lost on the frolics front and has no in-house predator to spur her enthusiasm at meal times :D The only raw food she'll still take is chicken thighs - no lack of appetite on her part, just holding out for a better offer (a ploy which has been working too well particularly over the Christmas & NY feast-ivities  )

kind regards, Teri

I would go with nupro then, its quite palatable, I used to mix it with warm water to form a kind of gravy for him.

Fagan will only eat after a walk (not good in a deep chested breed) they had their walk this afternoon so when I fed him tonight I had to stand and scratch his back for him until he had finished eating

Out of the 2 Nupro would definitely be the more palatable and probably healthier option too.It has a distinct Liver smell and most dogs love the stuff!

Thanks Ktee - it sounds worth a go and I appreciate the feedback :)

Cheers tohme - and nice to see you back :)

I like the sound of these although TBH would have preferred a powder or liquid supplement to add - are these tabs easily crushed? (the chances of this little blighter chewing them are slim to nil  )

Not sure if they are easily crushed, mine eat them like sweets.  I think they most taste ok, the proziome has brewers yeast in so dogs like em.
