Well here goes long story
A woman down the road from me came knocking on my door beginning of september here bitch was having pups and she didnt know what to do, knowing i had just had a litter myself came to me, the bitch delivered 1 pup everything went ok, the bitch isnt kc reg or health tested so i talked to her about having her spayed honestly thought she took my advise, yesterday she came up again to let me know she has mated her girl 3 matings between the 27th dec and yesterday, she got it in her head that because she only had the 1 pup she could be mated again straight after, i was not very happy and completly lost it with her but no matter what i say she will not listen, what sort of problems could arise from being mated this early after a litter, i am not a very experianced breeder myself so i just dont know what can go wrong can some one please help me, i really feel for this poor girl she is just abit older than my girl who was 2 in october.

To be hones if this was a top class bitch and well thought out litter mating on the season following a singleton pup would be fine.

The issue here really is this is poor breeding full stop.  Unregistered dogs, no hereditary disease health tests I presume etc.

I think the only thing you can say is that if the pups have health issues that can be tested for in the parents she could find herself in court.

Poor bitch. :( The fact that she only had one single pup will help as hopefully she will have recovered quicker from rearing one pup than she would have done had she reared several. The main problems you would get with two litters so close to each other is that the bitch hasn't had time to recover fully, and so may not be in good condition, hence may not be able to carry a litter full term if not  fed well enough (i.e. a high quality diet with several meals a day to build her body and strength up) etc, and/or may give birth and not have milk for the pups, or the pups could be small and weak. It all comes down to what the body can cope with or not.

It is a sorry state of affairs, but pepsi1 all I can say is you have to at the end of the day be on the side of the dog, so help as much as you can if she asks now that the bitch is in whelp again, then give her a very polite lecture on the damage again! And what she may do to her dog if she were to continue on this track. I doubt she will listen, they don't until the worst happens! :-(

I will do, i wasnt best pleased the first time round but i could not sit back while the poor girl went through all that with a owner who has no experiance at all, i just pray the poor girl is ok, but i will keep my eye on her and help where i can for the dogs sake.
