can anyone recommend a really good mammal specialist taxidermist....anywhere in UK. The guy we usually use is going to NZ for 6 months and has a 6 month back log before he goes:mad: so we need to find someoene really capable and skilled in mammals.

Mum and das one died well over 10 years ago and I havnt heard of anyone else since then!!!
Its a dieing art unfortunatly as mum has some great animals we have picked up over the years done, and uses them for painting her watercolours.

sam ill try and contact a friend near me, however havent seen her online in a while though i believe she lurks.... she has got some amazing taxidermy, all cat or road kill stuff that shes found on her land or lane, really stunning weasels and stoats and various mice, birds etc, really lovely stuff.

distance no object as i can courier frozen specimens. Am going through old game fair catalogues now.....finding one or two but still open to suggestions if someone has a personal recomendation.
