Help please.

I brought 2 Spice girl tickets for this Sunday,had no tickets arrive through post,rang Ticketmaster to ask for replacements
they have said they wont send them but there will be the 2 tickets on the door for me on the day of the Event,
now I cant get down to London from Staffordshire then back, then back to London with the person the tickets are for.
I need to collect the tickets as I am the credit card holder that paid for them.
Does anyone have any ideas please.
I can see me either losing the tickets or having to try to drive to London to get the tickets but miss the event.

Can you not trust the person you bought the tickets for with having the credit card for the day ? :)

There still might be chance you will get them as the Christmas post maybe having an effect. Did they say when they were sent out ?

Give a letter of authorisation to who ever the tickets are for.  I paid for my daughter and her friend to see Wednesday 13 at Brighton, when the tickets arrived, the envelope looked as though it had been dragged through the post machine and the tickets had a hole in the middle.

I called Ticketmaster who said the same as they did to you, replacements would be at the box office and  that I had to be present (being the card holder), I explained that we live in Bristol and the concert was Brighton, so he said if I gave my daughter a letter of authorisation, giving the details of the card they were paid for on, it would be accepted.

It was, without any problems.
