Last Christmas I saw a dog-ball thrower that looked like a golf club ... you swing it like a golf club and the ball goes for miles :-). I'd love to get one for my husband for his coming-very-soon birthday ...  but I can only find it on American sites which have expensive posting and a long delivery time :-(. Does anyone know of a UK-based company that sells them ... happy to get a personal messages if it breaks any terms/conditions

If you google "hyper doggie driver" and uk only, quite a few places come up that seem to stock it.

Sorry don't know about the type that you are asking about but just to advise everyone. you can get the other type at the £1 shops such as Poundland etc!

I would inevitably smack the dogs in the head with that type, they're always dancing around in front of me when I'm throwing the ball :D

I've been teaching our Aussie to stand back when I throw the ball in readiness for the new throwing device ;-)
