Have I dreamt it, or have I read somewhere, possibliy in one of the dog papers maybe, that dessicated coconut is good for diarrea (sorry can't spell it)??
If I have read it somewhere, has anyone tried it for upset tums and what was the results please?
Am i cracking up or is it really my age!!! I could be imagining it or anything. who knows????

Well, I suppose it's always possible you're cracking up - I have frequent spellls of that myself.  :-)  Almost any high fibrous food is good for diarrhoea, so it makes sense that coconut would help - although I would make sure it's the kind without added sugar.

I'm just wondering now where I have heard it from. i know it was only recently. I wonder if it was Jane Lilley's bit in dog world. She sometimes has little snippets of info like that??
Or maybe I am having illusions!!!

I like that spelling for Dire Rear as you say. very apt!
