My 3 year old bitch has today shocked me we have a friend come to our house once a week with their staffie bitch and usually alls well but today mine shocked me she peed on my laminate in the living room then again in the hall while the other bitch was visiting any ideas why she would do thids out of the blue????? any thoughts would be great

It isn't only males that mark.  She may have been unsettled or wanted to impress on the visiting bitch that it was her home.

 just dont understand as its not the first time the bitch has visited her home if its any help she peed by the front and the back door do you think that is the reason then??

Has she been reluctant to go outside because of rain or fireworks and was caught short.  Could it be she has developed a weak bladder, as some spayed bitches do.

If she has gone completely back to normal with no other 'accidents' then I think as Brainless says it was purely marking, was the other bitch, just coming in/out of season? Or you never know the visiting bitch may have had a stronger urine scent about her, which unsettled your girl.  See what happens the next time, I hope it is a one off. Did you perhaps use a room spray or strong scent before your visitors came, it may be she needed to re-assert her own scent again.
