i added to two threads how rubbish my insurance company were (sainsburys), following them refusing to pay the claim on my cresteds broken leg!
well sod's law a cheque arrived in the post. So i must say i was wrong there was a bit of confusion about the claim but they did pay and with an apology.

so i retract my comments about sainsurbys insurance.

Good to hear they paid out in the end with an apology too :)
