Hi Carolann, I have no information about the Pilote motorhome but you can usually get info on them from the website if you just google the name in. What do you want to know? Some info is relevant to all motorhomes regardless of the make. You will not regret getting a motorhome, it was the best thing we ever bought! Enjoy it!! :)
where do i fill it up for the toilet and also the fresh water tank, and what do i need to do for it standing over the winter, i will be using it still now and again when i go over to blackpool for some agility shows over the winter, my first real big time out is march when i will be using non stop from then

We have got a Swift Sundance and we fill our water up from the tap via a hose pipe into a spout at the side of the van similar to the petrol inlet. Most of the motor homes are the same. The toilet is accessed through a small locker door on the outside of the van and you take the 'cassette' out and put the toilet 'stuff' in it with a small amount of water, the instructions are usually on the door of the toilet locker (outside the van) or on the bottle of toilet 'stuff'. The flush water for the toilet on ours comes out of the fresh water system by pressing a button at the back of the toilet. We use our van throughout most of the year but if it is standing for any length of time, we drain the fresh water tank off so that it won't freeze and we drain the boiler too by turning a tap next to the boiler which is underneath the passenger seat at the front. I also put a dehumidifier inside the van. We open the skylights on any nice days we get whilst it is lying idle and we also start the engine up intermittently throughout the Winter to move the van slightly so that the tyres aren't 'resting' on one spot all the time. Have you thought about joining the caravan club? You get loads of information out of the monthly magazine you get sent, also if you go along to your local caravan accessory shop, the staff there are usually really helpful.
Regards, Glenys.
